New Water Services
To purchase and establish a new water service, the property owner must complete the following steps:
- Provide Proof of Ownership
- Complete the Clifton Water District Water Service Agreement
- Pay the current Plant Investment Fee for new water service
- Provide a copy of your valid building permit
