To purchase and establish a new water service, the property owner must complete the following steps by coming to Clifton Water District located at 510 34 Road Clifton, CO 81520.

• Complete the Clifton Water District Water Service Agreement (Provided by CWD Staff)
• Provide Proof of Ownership
  • Including proof of square footage
  • Including proof of the availability of non-potable irrigation water
  • Provide a copy of your valid building permit
• Pay the current Plant Investment Fee for new water service based on the updated 2025 rates
