Payment Options

We offer you multiple methods to pay your Bill.

It shall be the responsibility of the customer to provide the District with a correct mailing address for all billings.  If bill(s) are returned with No Forwarding Address for 2 consecutive months, the District shall suppress the printing and mailing of any further bills until the information is updated.  Failure to receive a monthly bill shall in no way affect the customer's responsibility to pay all usage and fees in full each month.  If the bill is not received, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the District.

By Phone – Credit / Debit Card: 

For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. You may visit the office in person, or call our automated payment processing system at 1-888-504-0482 to pay your bill using either a Visa or Mastercard credit card or Bank Debit Card.

Please note that payments made by phone are subject to a $2.50 Merchant Processing Fee. Clifton Water District does not benefit from the Merchant Processing Fee.

Our Drive-up window is open at the same dates and times as our Walk-up window.

Drop Box: 

For your convenience, Clifton Water District maintains three (3) drop box locations. They are located at:

  • City Market / Coronado Plaza CHECKED BI-WEEKLY
  • Safeway at 29 Road & F Road CHECKED BI-WEEKLY
  • Clifton Water District CHECKED WEEKDAYS

The drop box at each of the stores is located at or near the Customer Service Counter. The drop box at our main office is located at the entrance to the Customer Service Drive-Thru.



Auto Pay with most Major Credit or Debit Cards 

Login to your Xpress Bill Pay on-line account, read and agree to terms of use, complete enrollment of your Auto-Pay Set-up.  If you enroll in Auto-Pay, the $2.50 merchant processing fee is waived.
